I was booked for a shellac manicure, and to be honest it felt very rushed. No nail cutting or cuticle care, no hand massage or moisturising. Just a rough file and the colour wasn’t even applied properly as polish doesn’t cover all the nail with gaps. Very disappointed and not worth what I paid. I’m not usually a moaner but felt very disappointed.

Will never book through Treatwell again.
It is not at all obvious they charge and I ended up paying £50 for a pedicure that was £40.
Not happy about that at all.
