Excellent as always. The therapists take their time with you and work so hard to make sure they provide the best manicure and meet your needs. Highly recommend. I also treated myself to a massage and that was fantastic. Richmond is lucky to have such a great place with caring people.

Perfect shellac manicure with the talented Jing. I always think that the venue could be spruced up a bit, And some of the facilities updated, but the location and actual manicure results are pretty faultless and overall it’s good value.
