Claudia was so friendly and spent time talking me through different options to make sure I got the result I was after. the treatment was soo so relaxing and the lashes have stayed on really well so far , much better than other places I've tried!

The lady who did my nails didn't take any time to explain the process depsite me mentioning I hadn't had BIAB before and extensions only once. She was disengaged, and at times quite rude. I felt dissappointed in the experience, instead of feeling relaxed, I left feeling tense and disheartened. A real shame.
