I was pleased to book online and get my appointment easily. The studio was nicely set out and decorated. My only small disappointment was that the beautician didn't listen clearly to what I said I wanted my lashes to look like and I got them way too long. I quite like them but will go back to the more natural look next time.

Exactly what I wanted (lash extensions) they were done really well and I even took my baby along with me which they didnt mind :)

I've been a loyal customer to Nail Garden And Spa (NGAS). The service has always been top quality, even during their busiest periods, except for my last visit. :( I am genuinely sad, because I had always trusted the girls in the salon. In my last visit, I think it may have been a new girl called Mariana(?), but I am not 100% sure. As per usual, I was accompanied to the private compartment and told to let her know when I am ready. After I undressed, again, as usual, the woman came in and told me to put back on my panties (it sounds silly writing this), which was a bit of a surprise, because I had booked hollywood wax. Nevertheless, it is not that big of a deal, so moving on. What really got my attention was the fact that she did not wear any gloves, she did not clean the area before putting on the hot wax, and she did not firmly press down on my skin when taking the wax off with a stripe. It was a bit upsetting, when the hot wax got on my panties. I had a feeling, that she was not going to use hard wax either, however, I cannot say it as a fact. She did not seem very friendly, and it just felt stressful being around her. She asked me for how long I have been waxing, and after my reply, she judgingly said 'not enough', as if I was not already self-conscious about my coarse hair. These things just kept adding up, and I just couldn't allow myself to let her do hollywood, even brazilian or my back. I was so upset, I told her it was fine with the little bikini line and tried to leave ASAP. What also got to me was the fact that she wanted to squeeze the afterlotion on my bare fingers. That is really unhygienic, so I asked if I could get a couple of wool pads and she would make it sound like it was such an inconvenience, went to the back, came back and made a comment, how it does not matter. I felt too embarrassed or shy to tell her these things, maybe she was having a bad day, but then again, I was the only customer there at that point. I love the salon, Claudia, Carolina and the other girls have always been so nice to me, but this visit was really, really upsetting... Waste of time and money..
