I was very impressed with first appearances as I entered the salon. It's very relaxed and comfortable. All the staff were nice and offered drinks. I had gel extensions which are fabulous they are exactly was I wanted. I will definitely Ben going back for infilla and other treatments

I had been recommended this from a friend who does their regularly. I got there and firstly she was slightly late. She then started on my nails, she made 6 out of 10 bleed, two are so bad I've had to put plasters on! They are now at risk of infection!? One even bled into my gel nail so it's now set there. She then let me choose colours, I had already pre paid online, and just before she was about to start she told me this colour would be an extra £10??!!! Not sure where that came from or why she told me so last minute. I then asked for the colour that would be no extra cost. Whilst painting them she got her hair in my nails and ruined the coating, and asked me to leave before they were dry, probably embarrassed by the mess she made of my nails. They are uneven and wonky and so thick even though I specifically asked for natural. Overall I'm very disappointed especially when I was going to become a regular client. The other ladies seemed lovely, one even apologised about how much I had bled. Unfortunately not a great first experience, at all.
