The Spa was busy, and I waited a while to be seen. They also did not note what treatment I was having, and started doing the wrong type of manicure, which led to a 75 min appointment being 2 hours. Overall, however, the treatment itself was very nice and relaxing, and the ambiance of the spa is very nice and clean, and I would go back for further treatments.
