Marianna was great - did the Hollywood wax so quickly and effectively which made it much less painful than previous wax's I've had at other places. Also did a great job with my underarm wax - overall I would recommend and I'll definitely be back.

Appointment was 45 minutes late. Edina was brilliant, I felt some of the other staff didn't really care about their clients. No communication about how long it would be, other than 5-10 minutes when I walked through the door.
