On my first visit, my nails were applied with excruciating detail and so much care. They were great quality and looked great. When I came to have them removed I saw someone different who wasn't as friendly and chatty but equally as efficient. It is a comfortable experience and the chairs are great! There is not the usual nail bar smell either. I won't be going anywhere else for nails now and very glad I found Nail Garden.

Firstly they couldn't find my booking. Then when I told them I had booked HD brows they kept asking what I wanted as if they didn't know what HD brows means. I was then in the room for less then 10 minutes having them done - which isn't possible if you have al the steps of HD brows. Absolutely awful value for money, very disorganised, unpleasantly small rooms where I had to keep my legs bent on the bed because my feet touched the wall, and a lack of knowledge. No idea how they can advertise a treatment they don't know how to do.

Excellent quality basic mani-pedi at Nail Garden and Spa. The technician I worked with was clearly an expert and able to advise me on length etc but was also incredibly warm and it was lovely to have a chat and a bit of a laugh in there as well. Cuppa and a biscuit as well, lovely.
I do have one criticism though. At one point, a man came in who I can only assume was some part of the management/ownership and sat down, mostly playing on his phone, occasionally moving things around but generally changing the pleasant atmosphere of relaxation and pampering with his presence. I usually really enjoy the relaxing process of getting my nails done but being surveilled by some random dude impaired some of my enjoyment. Why was he there? It felt like just to make his presence known and that made me, and I also other customers, uncomfortable. Without his presence, this would have been a faultless experience.
