I had a set of acrylic nails done on Friday the 18th, now today the 22nd a gem stone has come off, along with a lot of the chrome polish fading off and showing the link below. Along with this, the gel poslosj has chipped around the edges. After contacting the salons owner I received very rude treatment, she continued to shout at me and blame me for the quality of the nails and say that I must of ripped off part of the polish myself and that I am lucky for the treatment to be coming as free for a fix!! She told me "just sit there and be quite" while there were many others customers in the salon as she clearly didn't want to address the issue. I would never rip offf my own polish and then demand it to be free of charge, had it been my own fault I would of paid happily to have it fixed. Claudia was very rude and I would not recommend this place at all. Initial service was ok, it took 3 hours and I was behind other customers even though I had booked. The quality do the actual acryalics is ok, but very thick and chunky. I would never come here again as I spent £42 on acryalics only to have the gel polish chip away, dent, chrome to fade out and gems to fall off. I can honestly say that this is the worst experience of customer device I have ever had in my whole life and I strongly advise be careful what / who you choose.

The lady was a bit late however she did a really good job with my manicure! If you book eyebrows and want threading make sure you check that the threading lady is there (they only have one).
