My therapist was really lovely and did a good job. But I originally booked in for the Deluxe gel manicure with scrub and massage etc but didn't receive this treatment just received the normal gel treatment. I felt a bit embarrassed to say anything as was too far in by time I realised. But overall good experience. Next time I would make it clear what I was having.
