I am usually very happy with this venue - but this time the team were running an hour late and a 60’ treatment turned into more than 2h. The pedi was great as always - but the price was quite high when you add the extras of taking off / putting on shellac. I would appareciate the removal not to be charged if I had it put on in the same salon in the first place (which I did) let alone having been left to wait for an hour!

Hi this was my second visit to your salon . I absolutely loved my nails after the first visit. Unfortunately I came back to have my infill's done. The girl who prepped my nails filed them really short even though I said I only wanted them taken down a little bit and she filed nearly all the acrylic off. then the girl who did the infill's only put the acrylic at the top of the nail by the cuticle and not all over . this means the nails are really thin and as a result 2 have already broken. this is very disappointing as I am going on holiday in a few days .
