So upset with my treatments. Edina is good at waxing but no one else. Really wish I went elsewhere..

Even though I was booked in advance, I was waiting around for about 10 minutes, the place is not particularly clean, the drawers for manicure equipment looked dirty and sticky, the treatment room itself was alright ish however there were used tissues lying around, no bin to disposed ones I was handed at the end of the treatment. I did not like the atmosphere of the salon. The therapist was nice and friendly when she took me to the treatment room but no one was paying much attention to me when I walked in. It felt a bit unorganised, I have been asked three times what I'm coming for. The treatment itself was not 100% either. I won't be coming back.

I was made very comfortable during my eyebrow tint and shape treatment. The treatment itself was very swift however there was a bit of a wait before hand. Overall great value!
