Booked a nail extension for 6 o’clock and didn’t get seen to until 6:40. The staff are so lovely and the treatment was worth every penny but they need to work on time management

I think the Treatwell app and service is great, however I think that salons need to be accountable and should only be able to advertise via Treatwell if they offer the same level of service and treatment to customers whether they walk through the door or via the Treatwell app. The price I paid that was supposedly discounted, wasn’t discounted on their in store advertised prices. I had to wait 20 mins, even though I had booked as the salon work on a first come first served basis. I did not receive a pedicure but had my toenails painted, which was not my understanding of what I had booked. I was charged extra for the gel to be soaked off, which is understandable however I feel I overpaid for what I understood I had booked and in no way did I feel that the price was discounted even though it was advertised as being 20% off.
