Salon felt a bit crowded with low chairs squashed together. Actual end result of manicure was good and lasted well. However technician was a little rough when removing polish and I had to ask to her let remover work longer as only left for a minute or two.

Have been here before, and it is a bit hit and miss about which therapist you get. Mine (who never told me her name) did a good enough job, and quickly, but was not very friendly. Others are better

Pedicure was good, but it would have been £10 extra for gel polish which I hadn't realised. Quite a busy place but I didn't have to wait around at all and was offered a drink during my treatment. Staff were friendly but I was able to sit and read without feeling I was being rude! Not the most luxe of places but pretty good value for money.
