I have no issues with Anna but I had specifically booked Judith and it was changed with no explanation.
Prep was done not to my satisfaction as the spa was busy and it was rushed.
Top coat on my thumb had not dried properly and got smudged by my clothes and had already left the shop and had no energy to go back, also does not cover the entire nail bed.
I still have product on my cuticle.
