Fled into the shop, pursued by scary man shouting and banging on the windows and nobody checked I was okay or even greeted me so I could say I was here for my appointment. I had to wait over forty minutes for my appointment as they were running so late (multiple people gave up and left). The good part was that the woman who gave me my manicure was really lovely and the manicure was good. But overall I was disappointed.

Arrived and there was no receptionist so I was just greeted with stares. Was told 15 mins later that they were running 15 mins late. They were actually running 40 mins behind and there was no apology, I was just sat there waiting. If I hadn't paid in advance I would have left. Manicure was great, the woman in charge did it and was fab. The pedicure wasn't good - the colour was different to what was shown, and she used an emery board to scrape extra varnish off my feet.
