The visit was lovely, the staff were polite and the treatmental was good although it was different to how id been trained, there was little custom care and checking I was okay, the wax temperature wasn't checked so could have really burnt me. No after care advice was given a client card was also not present and there was no stretching of the leg before the strip was removed which has left me with bruises and sereve ichting sensation and my pours to still be open and really red. Other than that the treatment was good but I don't think I'll be returning or next time I would request a different beauty therapist.
