I was disappointed because the manager ( Claudia) changed the therapist I selected without informing me. I would have appreciate a phone call prior to my appointment. The new therapist I had instead of my regular one was very competent and friendly so I had a good pedicure however the management skills of the salon manager (Claudia)should be improved.

Great pedicure, everything was quite behind schedule - started 20 minutes late. Some of the staff made me feel a bit uncomfortable and like a bit of a burden.
