My experience at this spa was not one to make me want to return or recommend a friend to. I felt the spa was lacking overall care and attention, staff seemed indifferent with you and didn't seem to care if you were receiving a good service. There's a lot of space for improvement but my main suggestion would be to work on the team's ethos and well-being as this will shine through at a customer experience level. Good luck.

I had a wonderful first visit to this nail salon and had the full pedicure which included a fantastic foot massage and exfoliation. Staff were friendly and courteous and my nails were done perfectly. I have taken 1 star off for being seen 15 minutes later than my booking time. Otherwise they were fantastic and I will certainly be going again.
