Awful! Running 30mins late with no apology (staff were all over the place, no one knew what was going on) but what is terrifying is the lack hygiene. I didn’t see any equipment being cleaned between uses, the trays that hold the equipped are filthy!! Dirty towels, dirty floors, I really, really don’t recommend. The lady doing my pedicure was the only saving grace otherwise I would have got up and left! First time I’ve ever had to leave a negative review for a salon, but people really should know. Sorry!

I stopped going to this place because whenever I turned up I was either not booked in or they were running late. Thought I’d give it a go again because prices are reasonable and same thing happened, they didn’t know what I was in for. If the owner isn’t there it just seems very unorganised. No tissue in toilets.. kind of a bit gross for a beauty salon. No offer of a drink, I had to ask. But, pedicure was good. All hard skin gone and the girl was very sweet that did treatment. Didn’t tell me it was cash only when I booked so had to get someone to drop money off. Just needs a bit of a polish up I think.
