She was not very service minded and she didn’t know what was included when I was just removing my nails, she was gonna leave them really badly if I didn’t ask her if she was done (and then she asked another girl in salon what the procedure is when it’s just a removal). She then found out she was suppose to file and cut my cuticles, she then cut one of my cuticles so badly it was bleeding a lot. And then she told me to just buffer my nails when I got home. When I came home I re filed my nails and had to buffer them myself. I always had a lovely experience at your saloon so this was a shame..
