Very good overall, my appointment time had been changed 30 mins before the time I'd booked and I hadn't seen the email as I was getting ready to leave the house but luckily it was only a 10 minute delay in the start time and the girl doing my treatment was very efficient

This is my second time at this place, the first time was really good. This time I asked to have a base that would strengthen my nails, the lady that did my nails didn't know how to do it but did it anyway. My nails look uneven and bumpy. The lady that did them said she wouldn't charge me extra for the base since she didn't do a good job at it (and because of it I was there for 2 hours instead of 1/2 hour !!), but when I went to pay she actually did charge me (there was another worker standing and maybe she was afraid to say she already promised not to charge me). I let it go because the 2 hours were both my and her time, but the overall work on my nails or the fact that they don't keep their word are both unprofessional
