was some confusion over my appointment time. was booked for 10.30am , was moved to 10.35am , then not seen until 11.10am! after getting home I had an email at 2.30pm telling me my booking had moved to 11.30am! Not relevant 2.5hrs AFTER treatment completed! However, will definitely use salon again.
