Have been a loyal customer to this salon for 5 years but recently have had so many problems. The salon never turn people away which makes it so crammed and people get fed up waiting. I’ve had nails filed down too much by trainees, polish came off within a week and this time as I was leaving I realised my left hand didn’t even have a top coat! I had to return, wait again and get the nails fixed without even an apology. There’re cheaper and better salons around so I won’t be returning I’m afraid.
