I have no issues with Anna but I had specifically booked Judith and it was changed with no explanation.
Prep was done not to my satisfaction as the spa was busy and it was rushed.
Top coat on my thumb had not dried properly and got smudged by my clothes and had already left the shop and had no energy to go back, also does not cover the entire nail bed.
I still have product on my cuticle.

I had a wonderful experience at Nail Garden & Spa, Azi was very attentive with offering drinks and making sure I was comfortable before just diving right into the lashes etc. So brilliant communication skills. And the nails were just gorgeous! Never had Gel extensions before, will definitely return!
