Nice treatment, but they called 5 minutes before my appointment to say there were running late. Didn’t start doing my treatment until 40 mins after my original time, whilst in there, several other women had the same experience. The poor therapists were switching back and forth between clients and it didn’t feel relaxing.
Also, I opted for regular polish and the selection was very limited, the polish looked dried up and it was difficult to see the colours in the bottles and under the lighting.
Good for the price but leave more time than you think you’ll need !!

Didn’t even have eyebrow threading, they called me to tell me I needed to pay more for waxing. Didn’t have any money on me, the lady who did them rushed them so missed multiple hairs then when I complained and sent photos that said it was my fault and I should have said when I left but they failed to put a ring light on my face. Very rude and unprofessional DO NOT GO HERE.
