It’s just a shame that despite my appointment being booked for 4pm it didn’t start until 45 minutes later. No-one expressed that they were running late or apologised. Otherwise the nails were great and Claudia really checked in with what I wanted.

I have been to this place a few times and always been impressed. The first couple of times it was so busy, yet the staff always made time for me. The staff here are always happy and smiling and joking with one another, it's so lovely to be around rather than the usual grumpy nail technician who can't wait to go home. My mani and pedi were done at the same time, the two ladies were professional and kind and were very efficient- I even had time for an impromptu brow tint and threading which another member of staff did as they were quite quiet and had no other appointments. The place itself is clean and bright, and I got all 3 of my treatments for £50! So reasonable- would 100% recommend.
