Came for infill, asked for nails to be slightly cut down & keeping coffin shape. Half of existing nail extension was cut off & coffin shape was lost (the shape came out more square). The gel used to infill was put on rather thick as well so now my nails look even less "natural" despite them being acrylic. The job that was done was pretty but was not what I asked for or expected. The girl who did my nails was very nice though -- I did feel for her though as she did everything by hand, w/o a drill
