Was kept waiting when others walked in in front of me with no appointment. Didn't get the full treatment I booked for. I was told because I booked on the app I'd only get the basic treatment and it cost £5 more because I didnt book direct. Should have been there one hour and was there nearly 2 hours. Would not recommend although they didn't charge any extra.
