Had to wait a long time even though I had an appointment time and then when I was sat for my nails the girl was constantly up and down doing other people’s nails and answering the phone. My nails took 2 hours when should have taken 45 mins due to being left alone constantly. Staff are lovely but organisation is terrible so quality of nails and service therefore lacks
