I’m not one to usually complain but my appointment was scheduled at 11.30 but I wasn’t seen until 12.15 - didn’t think anyone welcomed me properly or even cared to let me know they were running behind, the manicure and pedicure were ok but not amazing and quite uncomfortable to be honest - could have gone somewhere else and got better quality nail treatments and experience. Very disappointed

Appointment started a bit late but the actual treatment was really great, nice massage, perfect job, feet really smooth after, I’ll bad back!
