It was my first visit. My nail technician May was great but then May changed over and a young girl did my nail polish colour. She wasnt really sure what she was doing as at one point I told her the nail varnish was still sticky and I told her what to do. When I came out into the sunshine you could see bumpy nail varnish - not applied properly. I booked OPI Gel and was told they do not use OPI but their own. 2 days later 3 chipped nails. Not happy.

I would’ve had to wait half an hour to have threading so I chose to have wax, in the end she plucked them but they don’t look very different
