Waited for 30mins to be seen. My appointment was rushed taking only 10 minutes for a 25 minute slot. I paid £30 for a hot wax but was given a strip wax, despite me asking at the start of the appointment. The whole experience was painful and the technique used was poor, with hairs being left behind. I will definitely never be back.
