I had an appointment at 11.55 (their choice of time) for eye brow shape and tint - with mani and pedi at 12.30. Pedi was rushed but overall result not bad. I chose not to have the mani. I was desperate for my eyebrows to be done following lockdown. When the therapist approached me, I had to sit in a chair in a dark area and have them waxed - no tint (as not had a test) and eyebrows are not properly shaped. I had prepaid which I will never do again. A shame, as previously good experiences there.

Lovely service! Although very busy and a bit behind, which was to be expected as this was an extremely busy day, being the first day out of a lockdown
But apart from that staff were lovely as ever and super happy with how every client was treated
