The nail technician was very aggressive when doing my manicure and made my cuticles bleed! She didn’t really listen when I told her what shape I wanted and the gel polish looked really messy, I was very disappointed as I’ve been here loads of times before and it’s always been fine. I won’t be coming back after this experience.

Walked in and all the ladies were chatting - no-one greeted me immediately which I found very rude/ really poor customer experience. The actual pedicure itself was by no means ‘deluxe’! Worst pedicure I’ve had. The exfoliant was just slapped on without any scrubbing and the massage felt like a gentle stroke and was about 10 seconds on each foot. Neither did she hold my foot up when scrubbing/ didn’t scrub much at soo. I honestly wasn’t sure she put any effort/ was even qualified.
