Fantastic service as always. They make you feel relaxed and pampered. Would highly recommend. Have had a few manicures but tried gel extensions this time and they are brilliant. Massage was relaxing but also got a few knots out! The deluxe pedicure made my feet lovely and soft.

Poor organisation- came to pre- booked appointment only to sit & wait in the salon for over an hour until I got my nails done. The shop wasn’t even busy that day, they were just “running a bit behind”. Another stylist filling my nails ended up filling too high and making 2 of my fingers bleed. When it came to payment I had to pay an extra £16 on top of payment, and was given a mere £6 reduction. Pleased with my nails, the stylist was friendly enough- could do a lot better.
