The salon itself was not too clean at all, the chair I sat on had debris on it. Although the therapist was sweet, she seemed not to know how to remove gel polish and also was bad at shaping the nails. The gel paint job was also poor, as have lots of paint bubbles on my nails (?). I did not complain there and then as the appointment ran 40 minutes over and needed to leave, but please make sure your staff are qualified as I felt this wasn’t the case unfortunately!

My therapist was a lovely girl , but she cut my toe quite badly , which took several days to stop bleeding . The salon was very crowded and all the therapists seemed rushed off their feet . The treatment was not cheap ( £39 ) so considering what happened it was not good value for money !
I think at the very least the manager should have offered me a refund or a complimentary treatment at a later date.
They just seemed embarrassed and couldn’t wait for me to leave .
