Went in day before sons wedding for mani/pedi Pedi sinks full so bowl of water on floor same time as mani. Sat in chair twisted/in pain. told them I had arthritis, bad back & uncomfortable but just continued. bleeding on 5 fingers and 3 toes. Polish not applied to bottom or sides of nails. Air bubbles on 2 nails &1 toe. AWFUL. Told them to stop. Couldn’t take polish off: fingers bleeding and sore: infected finger for a week. looked awful for wedding. Only paid for pedi. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

Fabulous nail/gel pedicure from Santa, as always. Nothing is too much trouble and takes so much care over nails and makes sure you are happy with everything. Would highly recommend.

Therapist run late and when asked how long it would take to be seen I was advised ‘long’.
Luckily another therapist was so kind and took on my appointment. She was very kind and did a great job painting my nails.
