Appreciate they were under staffed and the girls working were amazing, but I waited half an hour for my appointment. £20 for a ten minute polish is absurd and have had a lot more for a lot less money. Second time at this salon (first was for a wax which was also terrible) and I will definitely not be back.

asked for nail art changed the design completely, lines are messy and blurry. asked for refund they don't do them. paid £55 and I hate them and I refuse to go back!

Disappointed. I have booked a Deluxe pedicure as a treat to myself as I am 9 months pregnant and I wanted to be pampered. Honestly I did not feel it at all. My treatment was supposed to last 1 hour but lasted only 35 minutes (I did not have the polish as pregnant, but I have written it in the comment of the booking and I have still paid the full price, so I'd expected to last the entire hour). My therapist looked really distracted and I did not feel value as a customer. The pedicure was ok.

Marika was so lovely and friendly and completely put me at ease. We had a great chat and I couldn't believe how quick and efficient she was! All the ladies are so good at what they do, can't recommend enough!
