I love getting my nails done here! The nail artists are nice, and have a good conversation during my manicure. Never disappointed with the results and always so many colours to choose from!

Santa is lovely but the staff at reception and customer service were beyond poor. I was there 20 min early and no one told me that my appointment be delayed. I had to ask what was going on when I still hadn't been seen after the scheduled time and I had to point out several times that I had paid, come all this way and already waited. I had to wait another 30 min and was then seen for my 5 min appointment. Santa is lovely but the management is terrible. Not going again
