I arrived to my appointment on time but was then kept waiting for 25 mins as the previous client overran. I then had to rush her along to make sure I wouldn’t be late back to work which is a shame as not a very relaxing experience! I also had to ask her to do the cuticles on one of my feet (she had already done the other one) which she had decided didn’t need it. I usually have a great experience so this was a bit stressful and disappointing.
