My therapist wasn' Claudia or Daisy who i initially booked with. I have been in plenty of times and had Daisy who isabsolute fabulous This is the 2nd time ive booked with a particular therapist and not had them.
This appointment i ended up having a new girl.whilst chatting i learnt her only experience was with an acrylic set and doing friends nails.
The poor love had no idea what she was doing. Everything was in the incorrect order.4 days on and the gel has already started to peel

I booked for 1030. Arrived and they pushed it back to 11.. so i went and came back at 11.ahe arrived at 1125. I pay for relaxation, not here that she now has to commute.
When having the foot rub (which is supposed tochill me out) the other technicians going and on about her problems at length and loudly.
I remained polite..maria asked if i was good.. i said... "i am just trying to relax". Its not that difficult to have some common sense to just wait to talk about your problems. 3 hours later
