Always great when I visit. All the ladies are lovely and there’s always laughing happening with customers and technicians. Nails are great too
Took nearly 2 hours for an express gel mani/pedi (no soak off was required), when online it said it would take 1 hour- I was nearly late for a meeting so the it was stressing me out. She basically filed my nails down on the top over and over again but did no other nail prep. She also tried to do 2 coats only with a pastel colour which looked patchy. . Also there’s a few areas where it looks bumpy. Basically it looks like I did them myself (not professional)
I had a manicure and polish on Saturday. Within a few hours the varnish was already chipped and flaking, a couple of days in and my nails look worse than if I just did them myself with really cheap nail varnish. I don't have a manual job so the nails haven't been exposed to any extreme conditions. They started flaking just from showering, Really poor products used! This isn't the nail technicians fault, this is the salons fault for providing poor quality products to customers.

Amazing! Thank you Claudia!
I had one nail broken so I told the lady to do whatever she thinks is best as I’m not the professional. The next day the nail broke again. When I called them they refunded me £5 to get it repaired. My surprise when I went to another salon is that they told me they cannot only glue the nail, they need also to apply some gel; plus the cuticles and skin were cut really badly, the second cover wasn’t applied good and I have lumps so..they had to re do them again at that salon. Feel like I threw £30
