No one speaks English in there, or very poor English… there’s always an issue with the treatments, delays and not very relaxing at all, you have to check the work they do.
My nails looked horrible after, unevenly filed, cuticles a disaster!
Will not go there again :(

The overall experience was fine, however when I booked for 2 people to get a gel manicure done, expecting it to be £50 in total (as advertised on your booking website), it came to £80! This was not communicated to me until after we had the manicures done and I went to pay. If it was this price from the start, I would not have paid. I’m hoping for some sort of compensation ? Please contact me.
