I’ve never had such a bad experience with a salon, and I’ve been getting my nails done for over ten years every two weeks.
They rearranged my appointment - fine.
When I arrived for my appointment they kept me waiting for 40 minutes.
They couldn’t complete my prepaid appointment because we didn’t have enough time.
They cut my finger during the the nail treatment.
They asked me to come back for the second appointment and wouldn’t give a refund.
Tried to charge me for “additional” removal.

Always get fantastic service from Nail Garden & Spa in Brighton. Everyone is super friendly and all their treatments are excellent. I have been here for waxing and manicures/pedicures and all of these were done with great skill and professionalism. This is a firm favourite.
