I am a regular customer of this salon, and generally the experience and technicians are great. However I was really disappointed with Catalina. She was rude during the treatment, making comments about my nails rather than being helpful as all your other staff are. And the quality of the manicure was poor - not straight, missed edges, torn cuticles etc.
