Claudia beat my expectations especially with my brows, I walked in with no eyebrows and came out with bushy, thick looking brows. I asked for natural looking lashes which she gave and they are perfect. Claudia was very nice and I felt listened to. Highly recommended.

I’ve never had such a bad experience with a salon, and I’ve been getting my nails done for over ten years every two weeks.
They rearranged my appointment - fine.
When I arrived for my appointment they kept me waiting for 40 minutes.
They couldn’t complete my prepaid appointment because we didn’t have enough time.
They cut my finger during the the nail treatment.
They asked me to come back for the second appointment and wouldn’t give a refund.
Tried to charge me for “additional” removal.
