I’ve been to this salon for years, and I’ve never had an issue until this time. The girls are lovely and did explain the reasons why they apparently couldn’t give me what I wanted, however, the nails were just done very poorly, They looked so unflattering on my hands, they were extremely thick, and after I left my nails were very painful. When I asked for a refund as I got them removed the next day they refused, I’m just very shocked and upset this is how they treat their regular customers
