I'm a bit disappointed because if I didn't mention that I've been waiting more then 40 min after my scheduled appointment time I would probably have been omitted. Lady that came after me was seated within 10 min. So a bit messy approach to customer service. It's a shame because I received really nice nail treatment after all.
