I have been coming to your salon on and off for years so I am not new giving this review. Unfortunately more often than not your staff have not been running on time and recently I waited over 45 minutes for my appointment. It is so important to train your staff effectively to call customers and relay this information rather than leaving it and then being surprised they are unhappy. The actual waxing left me bruised and sore, so improvements need to happen. Your staff are always delightful.
